There has to be something left.
So, as I see it, and will talk to him........
we have 2 choices.
1. Not worth trying anymore so let's just get it over with......
2. Clean slate. The past is just scar tissue. Let's learn how to be husband and wife.
I like #2.
I hope he does too.
